Shipping Terms

We will always aim for next business day dispatch of all in stock items, using the shipping method you choose. All our items are shipped via Australia Post, with the estimated times listed below. These are guides only and we will not be liable for any damages due to delays in shipping.

Shipping address

Since we ship via Australia Post, you are welcome to ship to a PO Box or a physical address.

If there are any errors or changes that need to be made to your shipping address, please contact us and provide your order numbers and the relevant detail immediately. Changes after dispatch cannot be made and additional costs may be incurred to correct the issue.

Delivery Options

All domestic orders of $80 or above are shipped free (registered delivery). Orders below attract the following prices.

Registered $10 (3-5 business days from dispatch)*

Express $15 (1-3 business days from dispatch)*

*Please note we only offer domestic shipping at this stage.

What to do if your item doesn’t arrive in a timely manner
